The Corpus Christi Independent School District operates most of the schools in the city of Corpus Christi, Texas. It contains 5 high schools, 12 middle schools, and 40 elementary schools, with 5 special operating campuses. The district governs an area of over 68 square miles, and over 39,000 students in total.
